Leadership

Through this program youth learn how to be positive role models within the school environment and the community. Through a series of interactive games and role-playing workshops, we explore the challenge of leadership and how youth can make a positive difference in their community. The art of leadership is not an easy skill, especially with the diverse community we live in today. One must have the determination to achieve and the means to succeed. THE BC EXTREME TEAM will examine the different kinds of struggles young leaders face and some effective techniques to overcome them.
